Complaints

It is our aim to ensure all our patients are happy with the treatments provided by the dedicated team at Tox Bar, however we want you to be aware that if you are unhappy with your treatment, you have the right to make a complaint.

Our complaints process is as follows:

Discuss with your treating practitioner your concerns so they can assist you and rectify any concerns immediately.

If you are still concerned, please email TOXBARGEELONG@gmail.com Our Operations Manager will respond to your complaint within 2 business days.

Concerns about a medical practitioner can be provided to our governing body AHPRA, you can do so via this link (ahpra.gov.au) or the Health Complaints commissioner in Victoria via this link (hcc.vic.gov.au).
